“Forthright, outspoken and a bit of a maverick” - all words that can be used to describe Andy Skarda.

A no-nonsense attitude combined with a great sense of humor makes Andy the go-to guy for a lot of people and organizations. Coming from a legal background, 35 years experience of business, that include a publically listed company in the service industry, a radio station and the successful re-establishment of a rock band, has created a vast amount of knowledge and experience of both business and media.

Understanding clearly how powerful a role media plays in the modern world, Andy left a position as the Managing Director of the largest contract cleaning company in South Africa to run a fledgling Christian Radio station, cutting his income by nearly half.  The station grew from nothing to a listenership of nearly 300 000 which made a massive impact in the region. He now holds the position of Managing Director of Integrity Media Asia Pacific, which is a multi-disciplinary organization, responsible for distribution of Media resources throughout the Asia Pacific Region, covering all the countries of South East Asia and Australasia.

Andy is refreshingly honest about his journey, humble about his achievements, and sincere about connecting people and resources that make a positive difference in this amazing experience called life.
