Alan E Warrener was born in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1965.  Alan holds a postgraduate law degree and several other university qualifications.  A trained and experienced commercial and litigation attorney, Alan was admitted to practice in 1994 and practiced extensively in South Africa for 16 years.  Alan assisted with the matters in England and the USA. His commercial practice involved contracts covering a wide variety of translations, with a particular focus on business sales and acquisitions , service provider agreements, sales and acquisitions of property. 

His litigation experience covers a wide variety of commercial causes of action, including Civil and Commercial Disputes, contractual matters, malpractice suits, appeals, interdict/injunctive relief and Arbitrations.  Alan is an experienced manager, he ran and manged his own law practice in Johannesburg for over a decade and joined AFF SA ( a public company) in March 2008, as it's CEO.  In that position, Alan has been involved in numerous contractual matters, in chairing the Board meetings and managing the South African affairs of the company.
