Tim Warren, President and CEO of AMG Films, Inc., has a rich professional background that includes 24 years experience in the development and leadership of major sales, branding and merchandising initiatives for the film, music and licensing industry.

Tim has worked on major studio product releases, including James Bond; Die Another Day (worldwide box office sales of $432MM), Hannibal (worldwide box office sales of $352MM), James Bond; The World is Not Enough (worldwide box office sales of $235MM), Legally Blond (worldwide box office sales of $142MM), and the Barney and Veggie Tales franchises.

Tim is an expert in domestic and worldwide distribution, product positioning, merchandising, brand building, and tactical sales strategies that consistently penetrate competitive target markets to capture profits and market share.

As a top level executive for some of the industry’s most recognized global distributors of DVDs and CDs, such as MGM Studios and Lion Gate Home Entertainment, as well as up-and-comers and medium-sized studio ventures that include Echo Bridge Home Entertainment, First Look Media and Lyrick Studios, Tim has gained a reputation as an industry leader and top sales performer.

Tim’s ability to build rapport and gain the trust and loyalty of key accounts has enabled him to cultivate long-term commitments and secure lucrative package deals. For example, Tim was recognized by Wal-Mart as their Supplier of the Quarter for generating more than $80MM in domestic sales for the international powerhouse in less than 9 months. He has a long record of achievement producing multi-million dollar deals, strengthening long-term revenue and profit gains, and increasing market share, year over year. Tim is alumnus of Indiana University where he was a business scholar.
